Over the years, Caggiano Construction has ascended to its place as one of the most detailed and high quality general contractors and design/build interior contractors in the surrounding suburbs of Philadelphia. Vince Caggiano has continued the traditional ways of doing business through his family’s business that accounts for two generations and a collective 56 years of experience and high standards resulting in a long list of very satisfied customers. Vince Caggiano started out working as a gas mechanic for the PECO Corporation for 15 years. Through this experience it was apparent to him after receiving certifications in both electrical and gas that high quality standards are synopsis with safety. It was these high quality standards that he rolled over into his family’s general contracting business. After much success and satisfied customers Vince decided to continue his family legacy and go solo 17 years ago in 1989. Over the past 10 years Caggiano Construction has delivered on Vince’s vision of transforming the traditional “finished basement” into the high quality standards of his current concept today, Lower Level Living. After many satisfied and referenceble customers Caggiano Construction consist of 5 crews and 26 employees of which Vince has hand-selected for their professionalism and expertise. Today, Caggiano Construction strives to be reliable and dependable in all of their work in spirit of adding another satisfied customer to their portfolio. |
